MainMarket Sports is a free service that sends sports email updates, game previews and recaps, a weekly rundown, and breaking news, tuned to the teams and leagues you follow. The Service is supported by advertising. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. When you sign up, we create a passwordless account tied to your email address. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. One-time login codes are personal to you; never share them.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our emails or content except as allowed by law;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
• sign up other people without their permission.

Scores, schedules, statistics, and other sports data are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. MainMarket Sports is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, team, or athlete. Team names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Any betting lines or projections we show are for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not betting advice.

The Service, including its design, text, and original editorial content, is owned by MainMarket and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MainMarket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You can stop using the Service at any time and unsubscribe from any email in one click. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
